- União Europeia — CTT Registado. 17,99€ até 1 kg e 26,99€ entre 1 e 3 kg.
Recebes o número de seguimento por email no dia da expedição. Os prazos são estimativas e contam a partir da saída do armazém, não da data da compra.
Trocas e devoluções
Tens 14 dias após a receção para pedir uma troca ou devolução, por email para geral@nubiaessenciais.pt, indicando o número da encomenda. Os artigos têm de estar lacrados, sem marcas de utilização e com selos e etiquetas intactos.
Os decants não têm troca nem devolução, por não serem produtos lacrados e por razões de higiene e segurança.
Os portes da devolução ficam por tua conta, exceto em caso de defeito ou não conformidade. Se tiveres beneficiado de portes grátis, é descontado 4,99€ no Continente ou 9,99€ nas Ilhas. O reembolso é feito pelo mesmo método de pagamento que usaste.
